Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) MP Bekim Haxhiu, last night on the "Direkt" show on ATV television, claimed without evidence that over 132 thousand anti-Covid vaccines have expired and that the Ministry of Health is keeping this information secret.
"More than the 132 vaccines that expired in August have expired this time. The Ministry of Health is keeping this information secret," Haxhiu said on the Direkt show on ATV.

MP Haxhiu made the same claim yesterday (January 19) during the meeting of the Health Committee in the Assembly of Kosovo. (see video of the committee meeting from the second minute).
After this statement by the PDK MP, the Ministry of Health reacted by calling it untrue.
Contacted by the "Paparaci.com" portal, this department says that there are no expired vaccines in the anti-COVID vaccine stocks.
"There is no vaccine with an expired expiration date in the Ministry of Health's COVID-19 vaccine stocks. Kosovo has about 500,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine available and none of the vaccines in the current stock have an expiration date shorter than June 1, 2022," it is stated in the MoH's response to the online medium Paparaci.
