It is claimed without evidence that Kurti is supporting the Student List in Serbia through MP Radulović.

OUR VERDICT

disinformation

The video of Lazar Radulović with the number 3 on his shirt does not prove that Albin Kurti is supporting the Student List in Serbia.

Through an article published on October 15, the Serbian-language media outlet “Vaseljenska.net” claims that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti is supporting the Student List in Serbia, referring to a video by Kosovo Assembly member Lazar Radulović.

In the video, Radulović is seen wearing a T-shirt in which he appears number 3, with which the Student List is competing in the parliamentary elections in Serbia, scheduled for October 25, 2026.

What's wrong with the claim?

The video does not prove that Kurti instructed Radulović to wear this shirt or that the MP's action was coordinated with the Prime Minister of Kosovo.

In the article titled "Everything is clear as day: Kurti's support for the Student List directly from the parliament of the fake state of Kosovo!", “Vaseljenska.net” presents Radulović's appearance with the number 3 shirt as evidence of Kurti's support for this list.

However, the article does not present a statement by Kurti confirming support for the Student List, nor evidence that Radulović's action was taken at the request or in coordination with the prime minister.

Also, in this article, this media outlet describes Radulović as "Kurti's deputy", creating the impression that he belongs to the Vetëvendosje Movement, led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

In fact, Radulović is a member of the Kosovo Assembly from the party “For Freedom, Justice and Survival”, led by Nenad Rašić (see here).

FACTS

Lazar Radulović is a member of the Assembly of Kosovo from the "For Freedom, Justice and Survival" (SPO) party, led by Nenad Rašić, Minister for Communities and Returns in the Government of Kosovo.

On 24 September 2026, Rašić publicly declared that his party had decided to support the Student List in the parliamentary elections in Serbia. In a report by Radio Free Europe, published by Euronews Serbia (see here), he said that the party would use all available capacities to support the list and mobilize supporters to participate in the vote.

Rashiqi also stated that his party would organize joint trips to the polling stations. He justified the support with the aim of changing official Belgrade's policy towards Kosovo. However, his statement does not prove that Albin Kurti instructed Radulovic to appear in the number 3 shirt.

In addition to Nenad Rashiq, support for the Student List has also been expressed by political entities and organizations of the Serbian community operating in Kosovo, including the Alliance of Kosovo (Kosovo Federation), the Serbian National Forum from Gracanica (Srpski national forum – Gračanica), Serbian People's Movement (Serbian People's Movement), the Civic Initiative "North for All" (Civil initiative "Sever za sve"), Serbian National Council of Kosovo and Metohija (Serbian National Council of Kosovo and Metohija), as well as the Serbian Democracy party (Serbian democracy).

These supports have been made public in separate statements and announcements, reported by the media outlets KoSSev and Radio Free Europe (see here and here).

Similar claims have been addressed previously by hibrid.info.

Hibrid.info has previously addressed Serbian media claims that Albin Kurti is funding support for the Student List in Serbia.

In the article published on October 9, “Factless Claims That Kurti Is Funding Support for the Student List in Serbia” (see here), hibrid.info examined the claims of the media "Novosti" and "Informer", according to which Kurti was supporting and financing this list through Nenad Rashiqi.

In that treatment, it was found that Rashiq's statement demonstrated the support of his party, but did not contain any allegations that the funding came from Kurti. Also, the publications reviewed did not present financial documents or other evidence that would substantiate the claim of funding from the Prime Minister of Kosovo.

On October 12, hibrid.info addressed this narrative again in the article “Baseless narrative of Serbian media and officials that Kurti is financing support for the Student List” (see here), also examining the claims of the director of the Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, Petar Petkovic.

Even in the new case, "Vaseljenska" links an action by Radulović to Kurti, without presenting evidence that would prove that the prime minister organized or instructed it.

Based on the sources reviewed, Nenad Rašić and his party's support for the Student List is documented. However, the video of Lazar Radulović, alone, does not prove the claim that Albin Kurti is directly supporting this list.

Analyze

Serbian media outlet "Vaseljenska.net" claims that Albin Kurti is supporting the Student List in Serbia, referring to a video of MP Lazar Radulović wearing the number 3 shirt, with which the Student List is competing in the parliamentary elections in Serbia, scheduled for October 25, 2026.

However, the video does not prove that Kurti instructed or coordinated this action. Nenad Rashiq and his party's support for this list is public, but the aforementioned media outlet does not present evidence that it comes from Kurti.
