The first part of the text contains an old announcement from the Basic Prosecution Office of Peja and Gjakova regarding the arrest of six (6) people for usury, published on September 16 of this year. While the last part of the text contains a false claim that the curfew will supposedly change from 12 midnight to 1 am.
