The suspicious portal with content in the Albanian language "web3.lajme.icu" has published a fake advertisement for the sale of an apartment at an unrealistic price.
After researching online search engines, hibrid.info has managed to confirm that the photo and the content do not match each other. So, it is not about the apartment seen in the image.

The article with the false advertisement was also shared on Facebook by the page “33shi.com” on August 31. (see here)
After research conducted through the automated online fact-checking program "InVID", hibrid.info has managed to confirm that the photo of this apartment that appears in the article belongs to another advertisement.
The apartment seen in this photo is located in Durrës, Albania, which is for sale for 50 thousand euros and is only 50 square meters. (see here)
While in the content of the published article, hibrid.info has found that the description is of another apartment located in Tirana, which is for sale for 220 thousand euros. (see here)
This is not the first time that fake house sales advertisements have been published by dubious portals. Hibrid.info has managed to verify several such cases which have been assessed as “scams”. (see here, here and here)

The suspicious portal "web3.lajme.icu" has published a fake advertisement for the sale of an apartment (4+1), claiming that it is urgently for sale for 49,990 euros.
The description of this advertisement belongs to another apartment located in Tirana, and not the one claimed and priced at 220 thousand euros.
Meanwhile, the photograph shows an advertisement for another apartment located in Durrës, which is 50 square meters and has a price tag of 50 thousand euros.
