A piece of content has been published with the caption, claiming that from September everyone will be able to receive 95% of the electricity bill subsidy refund.
This claim was published through a link in the form of an image, (September 13) as sponsored by a page called "ŁZY's store", on Facebook.
The truth?
Hibrid.info has found that the only option for reimbursement of electricity bills, offered by Kosovo institutions, is that of applying for vulnerable families, which have begun to be subsidized since January of this year.

Hibrid.info has found that after clicking on the link included in the published image, the displayed website does not provide any application options for what is claimed in the announcement. The information presented is missing the name of the institution, organization or business that the website represents, and there is no evidence of any connection to the institutions of Kosovo (see here).
Hibrid.info has also found that the unreliability of this website's domain is also proven by platforms that assess the reliability of websites, "ScamAdviser.com" and "ScamDoc.com", which indicate that the checked website has low reliability (see here and here).
While after checking the Facebook page that published the alleged announcement, a small number of posts were noticed on its timeline (here). The data for the page shows a phone number, email address and location, New York – USA (see here).
But, the data on the transparency of the site shows that the location of the people who manage the site shows three different countries, such as Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
In conclusion, hibrid.info found that the opportunity for electricity bill reimbursement was offered to vulnerable families by the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers (MFPT), which have started to be subsidized since January of this year (see here).
