A content is published in Serbian that claims to be an official announcement, offering the opportunity to apply to receive information about the second additional pension to which you are entitled, depending on your age.
The image link, which also features the logo of the Republic of Kosovo, was published today (July 16) as sponsored content by a page named "Ezra Hernandez" on Facebook.
The truth?
Hibrid.info has found that apart from pensions that are regulated by the Law on State-Funded Pension Schemes, there is no possibility for a second pension in Kosovo.
Why is this content being treated?
Hibrid.info has dealt with such sponsored content on several occasions, which have been assessed as fraud. This is the first time that hibrid.info has encountered such content in the Serbian language, published on behalf of institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
Link published in image form from the "Ezra Hernandez" Facebook page:

When we click on the above link, the opened website displays three sections titled in English. The same ones, when clicked, also present links to external websites, which seem to have no connection with the state institutions of Kosovo (see here).

Based on these premises, hibrid.info has researched the credibility of this website. The platform that assesses the credibility of websites, “ScamAdviser.com” qualifies the above website as suspicious (see here).
Meanwhile, an additional fact is the Facebook page that published the alleged announcement, in whose timeline a small number of posts were observed (see here).
This page lacks information about its activity. All that has been found is the location (China and the Philippines) of two of the people who manage this page, which appears to have been opened on July 12 of this year (see here).

Also, other data found by hibrid.info shows that the only act that regulates the financing of pensions by the state is the "Law on State-Funded Pension Schemes" (see here), while the only institution from which citizens can be informed about the balance of pension savings is the “Kosovo Pension Savings Fund – Trust” (see here).
Analyze:
The Serbian-language content claiming that Kosovo institutions offer a second additional pension is not true.
The details of the Facebook page that published the claim are missing, while the website attached to the publication is suspicious.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info assesses this content as "Fraud".
