This claim was published yesterday (July 25) on the social media Telegram by the Serbian-language channel “BUNKER”. The post included a photo of a letter from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MPB).
What's wrong with this claim?

A letter from the Ministry of Interior was left with 8 villa owners in Ujman, calling them to report to the police station and submit proof of ownership of the property and the area they use, as it is suspected that they were built on public land.

What does the letter say?
Dear Sir/Madam, you must report to the police station in Zubin Potok within 7 days and bring all the documentation for the villa you have on Lake Gazivoda.
Inspectors from the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure yesterday (July 25) visited nine houses on the right side of Lake Ujman. In one of them they found a person who was interviewed and requested documents, while in eight other villas there were no people. (see here)
"The inspectors went out into the field and visited nine villas on the right side of Lake Gazivoda, which are suspected to have been built on public land. In one they found a person, and in eight there was no one. We do not know if this person had the proper documentation for land ownership, but only for the other eight have invitations been sent to the mentioned persons to document ownership," said the deputy commander of the Kosovo Police for the North, Veton Elshani, reports GazetaExpress.com.
