That the information presented in the title represents a claim by a source, we see only in the headline of this news, when it is stated that "Milan Niç, from the German Council on Foreign Relations, believes that there could be a serious escalation of the situation in Northern Kosovo" (see here).
The title is important because it should summarize the topic of the news in accordance with the content of the news (see here). Therefore, not specifying that the information in the title represents a statement by Milan Niç may mislead the reader.
That this statement came from Niç is also shown by the article published in the medium "Rado Evropa e Lirë" where the information was based and by the portal with content in the Albanian language, "albanianpost.com", from which this publication seems to have been taken, based on the fact that the article on "ntv.al" was published three days later (see here and here).
Also, with a manual search through the online search engine, hibrid.info has found that there is no evidence that Prime Minister Kurti has expressed that he wants a confrontation with Serbian President, Aleksandar Vučić (see here).
