In addition to the fact that no one is quoted, the title presents the discovery of the president's name as a done deal. However, based on the current facts, this is not true.
On March 5, the Kosovo Assembly held a session to elect a new president. On that day, the Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV) presented two candidacies, Glauk Konjufca and Fatmire Mulhaxha-Kollçaku. The session was adjourned without a vote due to lack of a quorum (see here).
On March 6, President Vjosa Osmani issued a decree dissolving the Parliament, arguing that the constitutional deadline for electing a new president 30 days before the end of the current president's term had not been met (see here).
