It is claimed without evidence that Kosovo has also received 62 "BMC Vuran" military vehicles from Turkey.
This claim was published yesterday (August 20) on TikTok by the account "fskkosova2024".
The truth?
After research conducted by hibrid.info, no such information published by credible sources has been found. Also, the video material used in this case is from 2021.
Link to the post published on TikTok by the account "fskkosova2024":
Hibrid.info, using the automated program “InVID”, has managed to find the same video material, published on November 2, 2021 by the Turkish-language account “beratunal060”. (see here)
A logo is also seen on the military vehicle "BMC Vuran" that appears in the video. Hibrid.info has managed to verify the same, and the results show that the logo belongs to the Special Unit of the Turkish Police (here). (see photo below)

In July 2021, “evropaelire.org” wrote in sources that Kosovo has signed a contract with Turkey for the purchase of 14 armored military vehicles of the “Vuran” and “KIRPI” types. (see here)
Analyze:
Through a post on TikTok, the account "fskkosova2024" falsely claimed that Turkey had donated 62 "BMC Vuran" military vehicles to Kosovo.
Furthermore, the post contains old video (2021) and the vehicle has the logo of the Turkish Police Special Unit.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info assesses this content as "Fake News".
Reasoning:
The “Fake News” rating is given to informational content that is entirely fabricated or that contains factually incorrect claims or information. Content that is rated as fake news can be defined as having been created and distributed with the intent to misinform the public, i.e., to present a claim that is completely false as fact.
