The dubious portal with content in Albanian, "news388media.com", has published an article titled "Big news is coming / Kosovo is only being asked to meet two conditions to join NATO! Here are what they are".
After verifying the facts, hibrid.info has confirmed that the title of this article is fabricated and does not correspond to the content.
The content of the article includes the opinion of the director of the KIPRED organization and security expert, Lulzim Peci, who on February 28th on his Facebook profile presented the two conditions that Kosovo must meet in order to accelerate NATO membership.
So, it is not true that NATO has asked Kosovo to meet two conditions, as falsely claimed in the title of this article.

Hibrid.info has managed to find Pec's opinion written on Facebook on February 28 (see here). However, these two conditions presented by him are not official by NATO.
On a website of the US State Department, the criteria for NATO membership of aspiring countries are presented. (see here)
This is not the first time that this article has been published by dubious portals, as the same one was also distributed in March, and was also verified by hibrid.info then. (see here)
