Several Serbian-language media outlets published an article yesterday claiming to have found "Albania" graffiti on the walls of the Cultural Center and children's playground in the village of Shushicë, near Graçanica.
These media outlets refer to the statement of the Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia regarding the case. This Office interprets the case as an act of vandalism, which in addition to "destruction of Serbian property, clearly aims to frighten Serbian children and worry their parents", and "such provocations are directly related to Albin Kurti's ideas and dreams for a Greater Albania and an ethnically pure Kosovo".
The office does not provide facts for the claim made, and the perpetrators of the crime and its purpose are still unknown.

Parts of the press release published by the Office:
The writing of "Albania" and derogatory inscriptions on the Serbian House of Culture and on the children's playground in the village of Shushicë, near Pristina, is a new provocation and threat to the survival of the Serbian people in Kosovo, whose target this time is also children, as well as cultural institutions that should serve as spaces of tolerance.
This act of vandalism, in addition to the destruction of Serbian property, is clearly intended to frighten Serbian children and upset their parents, and such provocations are directly related to Albin Kurti's ideas and dreams of a greater Albania and an ethnically pure Kosovo.
So, the Office without facts links the case of the graffiti in Shushicë as a provocative idea to scare children and realize Kurti's dreams of a "Greater Albania" and an ethnically pure Kosovo.
Regarding the case in question, the Serbian language media outlet "Kosovo-online.com" contacted the village mayor, Marko Simić, who stated that he has no information about the perpetrators of the crime. (here)
The case was reported to the Kosovo Police (KP), which conducted investigations, but as of the time of writing, the KP has not published any information regarding the perpetrators and the purpose of the crime.
Contacted by the Police regarding the suspects, Mayor Simić stated that “I cannot doubt it, because I am not an eyewitness, but my personal opinion is that it was not done by the residents of Shushica, but by those who came from the surrounding area for vacation.” (here)
Analyze:
Neither the Serbian-language media nor the Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia provide facts about the perpetrators of the graffiti in the village of Shushicë.
Even the claim that the action in question is aimed at intimidating Serbian children and aims for an ethnically pure Kosovo by linking it to "Greater Albania" is not substantiated by facts.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info considers this claim to be a "conspiracy theory".
Reasoning:
"Conspiracy theories" are considered to be informational content that contains a false or unverifiable description of a phenomenon, event or person, presenting it as part or the result of a secret plan ("conspiracy"). The characteristic of these contents is that they present a series of claims, presented as facts, between which cause-effect relationships are established, without providing any reliable evidence.
