The dubious portal with content in the Albanian language "makamuki.com" published an article on January 13 claiming that the Kosovo Government has decided to allocate 100 euros in February to all citizens living in cities, and not to those living in villages.
After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that the article is fabricated, and that such a decision was not made by the Government of Kosovo.

After research conducted in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Kosovo, in the section where Government decisions are published, hibrid.info has confirmed that this institution has not made a decision to distribute 100 euros, as falsely claimed by the dubious portal "makamuki.com". (see here)
A decision on the allocation of financial assistance by the Government has not been made since December 13, when the allocation for the one-time supplement of 100 euros for each child benefiting from Child Allowances, as well as for pensioners, was approved. (see here)

Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info assesses this article as "Fake News".
Reasoning:
The "Fake News" rating is given to media reports that are entirely the product of a medium that itself contains factually incorrect claims or information.
Content that is considered fake news can be reliably determined to have been created and distributed with the intent to misinform the public, i.e., to present a claim that is completely false as fact.
