After conducting online research, hibrid.info confirmed that the claim made by the aforementioned sites is incorrect. The flag in question had no connection to the LGBTIQ+ community.
In fact, it was an artistic installation put up by the Institute Friedrich Ebert Stiftung in Pristina, on the occasion of the International Workers' Remembrance Day, which is marked on April 28. (here)

Today, on International Workers' Remembrance Day (April 28), in the center of Pristina, we replaced the National Flag with a work vest.
This vest is a universal symbol of all workers: construction workers, police officers, road workers, and many others. With this act, we remember and honor all those who have lost their lives in the workplace and in difficult working conditions.
The installation 08:00 – 16:00, a work by artist Arian Beqiri, is a call for reflection and to think about the safety, life and dignity of every worker.
