An info session on fact-checking was held at RIT Kosovo, where the role of objective journalism and the impact of disinformation and other forms of information disorder were widely discussed.
During this activity, students had the opportunity to analyze concrete cases and learn about the most successful practices for identifying and addressing disinformation in the information space. Discussions focused on practical approaches and the importance of fact-checking in modern journalism.
This info session was held within the framework of the project "Promoting Objective Journalism and Countering Disinformation", organized by ADS and Hibrid.info, with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy.
The organizers appreciated the importance of involving students in such activities, as an important step towards building professional and credible journalism in the future.
