Several Serbian-language media outlets published an article yesterday (March 13) regarding the reaction of the "Serbian List" to the indictment of the Basic Prosecution for two criminal offenses, "causing general danger and use of a weapon", related to the case of Azem Kurtaj.
The articles present the reaction of this political entity, through which the aim is to link the indictment against Kurtaj without facts with, as alleged, "an act of systematic violence by official Pristina aimed at expelling Serbs."
This reaction of the Serbian List was made after the statement of the Basic Prosecution Office in Ferizaj to qualify the action of a member of the KSF (Kosovo Security Force), Azem Kurtaj, in Shtërpce, as "causing general danger and use of a weapon or dangerous tool."

Excerpts from articles published in several Serbian-language media outlets:
THE DECISION of the Albanian prosecutor from Ferizaj to qualify the act of an Albanian member of the KSF, who attempted to kill Serbian children on Christmas Day in Gotovushë and on that occasion caused them serious physical injuries with firearms, as causing general danger is an example of the systematic and planned institutional violence of the anti-Serb regime of Albin Kurti with the aim of intimidating and expelling Serbs from their homes, Srpska lista announced today and added that despite countless material evidence, statements of injured children and witnesses of this despicable act, an unprovoked attack on Serbian children, instead of qualifying this act as attempted serious murder, this prosecutor qualified it as causing general danger with the use of weapons!?

Part of the reaction of the Serbian political entity "Serbian List":
The decision of the Albanian prosecutor from Ferizaj that the act of an Albanian member of the KSF, who on Christmas Day in Gotovushë tried to kill Serbian children and on that occasion caused them serious physical injuries with a firearm, was considered a general danger. An example of the systematic and planned institutional violence of the anti-Serb regime of Albin Kurti with the aim of intimidating and expelling Serbs from their homes.
After the publication of the progress of the investigative and judicial process in the case of Azem Kurtaj by the Basic Prosecution Office and the defense, "Serbian List" has claimed that the case in question is related to "systematic and planned institutional violence by Albin Kurti's anti-Serb regime."
Moreover, the interpretation of this political entity that this action is being taken “with the aim of intimidating and expelling Serbs from their homes”, is an allegation unfounded in concrete facts. Therefore, in the reaction of this political party, there is no treatment that manages to connect the decision of the Basic Prosecutor's Office of Ferizaj with any political decision. Also, the reaction does not argue for the existence of any plan of, as they call “official Pristina”, to intimidate and expel Serbs.
The connection between the Prosecutor's Office's decision and any alleged political purpose in the reaction of the Serbian List has no sufficient basis, even when taking into account international reports that indicate the advancement of the independence of the judiciary. (here)
KSF member Azem Kurtaj appeared before the Basic Court in Ferizaj on March 9 for injuring two children from the Serbian community in the village of Govushë, Shtërpce, earlier this year.
Meanwhile, as Kujtim Kerveshi, Azem Kurtaj's defense attorney, announced, his client is accused of the criminal offense of "causing general danger and use of a weapon." (here)
Analyze:
The political entity of the Serbian community in Kosovo, "Serbian List", claims without facts that the provision of evidence by the Ferizaj prosecution to charge Azem Kurtaj with the criminal offense of "causing general danger and use of a weapon or dangerous means", represents the systematic and planned institutional violence of Albin Kurti's anti-Serbian regime.
This subject claims tendentiously that this action is being taken with the aim of expelling Serbs from their settlements.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info considers these claims to be "conspiracy theories".
Rating:
"Conspiracy theories" are media reports that disseminate a false or unverifiable description of a phenomenon, event, or person, presenting it as part of or the result of a secret plan ("conspiracy"). A characteristic of these reports is that they present a series of claims, presented as facts, between which cause-effect relationships are established, without providing any credible evidence.
