This portal claimed that the Serbian policeman arrested days ago, "is expected to be released within the next 24 hours and the barricades in the North will be removed."
According to the author of this article, it is alleged that the former member of the Kosovo Police from the Serbian community will be released due to the chaos prevailing in the courts in northern Mitrovica.
Former police officer Dejan Pantić from the Serb community was arrested on December 10 by Kosovo Police on suspicion of an explosive device attack at the offices of the Municipal Election Commission (MEC) in the north of the country, in which CEC and police officials were attacked. (see here)
However, this claim made by this dubious portal is incorrect, as the former police officer has been sentenced to one month in detention.
