Incorrect title for the daily report of the National Institute of Public Health (NIPHK)

During the last 24 hours, a total of 1.642 samples received by the National Institute of Health and Welfare and contact tracing of cases in the field were tested in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology at IKShPK and private laboratories with the RT-PCR method, of which 353 positive cases resulted.

Within 24 hours, 5 cases of death with positive SARS CoV-2 have been reported. The deaths are from the municipalities: Dragash 1 case (69 years old), Ferizaj 1 case (83 years old), Mitrovica 1 case (76 years old), Peja 1 case (78 years old), Rahovec 1 case (77 years old).

The total number of positive cases is 55.851 cases out of 208.583 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 1.410 deaths.

In the last 24 hours, 279 patients have been cured while the total number of cured to date is a total of 49.269 cases, while the number of active cases is 5.172.
