Albanian media outlet TopChannel has published a video titled "Erdogan talks about war/ Here are the countries that are targeted", claiming that the Turkish state wants to declare war on several countries, in case the latter try to search for energy sources that are near the coasts of Turkey. However, according to the video attached to the text, which shows the Turkish president's speech with Albanian translation, it turns out that he did not specifically talk about war.
After the publication of this video news by TopChannel, many media outlets in Kosovo also distributed it.
