The Facebook page named "Personal Loan" has published a post and image with a caption dated August 19, claiming to offer loans of up to 50 thousand euros for start-up businesses.
The claim has been researched and proven by hibrid.info, as a fraud by the site in question.
Hibrid.info found the same post along with the image which was taken from an announcement on the bank's official website. ProCredit.
Facebook post link from the "Personal Loan" page:

After verification and findings by hibrid.info, it was understood that the "Personal Loan" page received the notification made on August 16 by ProCredit Bank, interfering and deforming the logo part in the image and presenting the notification in question as an opportunity offered by this page. Also, hibrid.info, based on the fact that the post was made in Albanian, has also searched the list of financial institutions that provide loans in Albanian-speaking countries, Kosovo and Albania, but has not found any trace of the page in question. (see here and here)
Another additional fact that makes the “Personal Loan” page on Facebook more suspicious is the lack of sufficient data that would prove credibility or reliability and transparency in the “About” section of the “Personal Loan” page. (see here)
It is not the first time that the same page publishes such posts. (see here, here and here)
Analyze:
Hibrid.info, after verifying the facts, has noticed that the "Personal Loan" page on Facebook has used a ProCredit bank campaign, publishing it as an offer and opportunity for a loan from this page.
Based on the work methodology, hibrid.info has assessed this publication as "Fraud".
