However, in the letter he provided, "Express newspaper", Hamza wrote to Kurti that PDK will continue to remain in opposition.
"Honorable Acting Prime Minister, Mr. Albin Kurti, I thank you for the invitation to the meeting. Referring to our meeting of July 10, 2026 and the public position of the PDK, I reconfirm that, in the current circumstances, our position is to continue to remain in opposition", he wrote in the letter.
Also, through this letter, he expresses that he expects parliamentary parties to reach an agreement on the creation of new institutions.
"We expect that you, in accordance with the responsibilities arising from the elections of June 7, 2026, together with the other parties represented in the Assembly of Kosovo, will reach an agreement on the creation of the country's new institutions.
