A video has been published showing footage of a tank named ACV-15, of which it is claimed that 60 have been added to the Kosovo Security Force (KSF).
This content was published today (September 17) on TikTok by an account named "mezatarum".
The truth?

Through the automated program, "InVid", it was searched and verified that the one-word video was published in December 2022, on Youtube (see here).
Based on the description given to the video, it is understood that it is about military machinery produced in Turkey.
Research using other search engines also shows that these combat vehicles are manufactured in Turkey and are in the possession of countries such as Jordan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Syria, the United Arab Emirates and Libya (see here).
Based on the findings, the only agreement for Kosovo to purchase weapons from Turkey is the one from 2023, confirmed by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, where the purchase of Bayraktar TB-2 drones was announced (see here).
Also, other data found shows that two weeks ago (September 3), Prime Minister Kurti met with the president of the Turkish Defense Industry Agency, Haluk Gorgun, about the possibility of cooperation between the two countries on the production of ammunition (see here).
But, based on the Prime Minister's Office statement, the alleged purchase of possible weapons has not been confirmed.
The information found shows that such a claim is not confirmed even by the Ministry of Defense, as the competent institution managing the Kosovo Security Forces (KSF), which is tasked with protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Kosovo (see here).
