After fact-checking by hibrid.info, it has been proven that the claim is false. The Croatian President has not made such a statement. This claim has been circulating in Facebook since 2023.

Hibrid.info searched Google with the keywords "The Kosovo government and Albin Kurti are facing opponents paid by Vučić," but the search results did not show any media publications or other credible sources that would support this claim. (see here).

To verify whether the statement could have been published in Croatian sources, a search was also conducted in Croatian. This search also did not yield results from credible sources that would confirm the claim (see here).

Finally, the archive of publications on the official website of the Presidency of Croatia was also checked. A search for keywords related to Kosovo, the Government of Kosovo and Albin Kurti did not reveal any such statement by President Milanović (see here).
