The World Economic Forum is not behind the European Super League

HIBRID

Unfounded claims are spreading across the internet, claiming that the failed "European Super League" project is part of an evil plan by the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Social media users have suggested that this failed football project is part of the Great Reset, a sustainability plan proposed by FEB (here) that has been repeatedly misrepresented in conspiracy theories as a ploy by global elites to control people and destroy private property.

A Facebook post suggested that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's criticism of the Super League was unwarranted and the project was "all tied up with the 'Great Reset'".

However, there has so far been no evidence presented in these videos that supports the 'Great Restoration' conspiracy and no evidence that the FEB, within which an annual meeting of political leaders and business representatives is held to discuss global issues, was involved in the creation of the European Super League.
