The dubious portal with content in the Albanian language, "news388media.com", has published an article titled "Prime Minister Kurti gives '8 Me 2' to all critics, 'I was in the White House', while also offering an argument".
The photo in this article shows Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, together with US President Joe Biden.
However, after fact-checking by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that this photo is completely fabricated.
The content includes news with Kurti's announcement, who after arriving from the US announced that he had met with President Biden's advisor, Jake Sullivan, at the White House.
