The dubious portal "Fjalët.com" has published a news story stating that Isa Mustafa has called "fools" those who thought that Kosovo lost out on the agreement in Washington.
With the title "Isa Mustafa: Kosovar fools who are ignorant of politics think that Kosovo lost in Washington", this portal has changed the words of the LDK leader, as the content of this text never mentions the word "fools".
Mustafa's statement was taken from an interview with Gazeta Express, where he spoke about the Washington agreement. Mustafa, among other things, said that "those who expected that our delegation would return from the US with a meeting, with mutual recognition of Kosovo and Serbia, had unrealistic ambitions, or they do not agree on politics."
The original title of the news published on the "Fjalët.com" portal:
"Isa Mustafa: Kosovar fools who are lost in politics think that Kosovo lost in Washington?"
In fact, the leader of the LDK told Express that mutual recognition from Serbia does not come with a single meeting and those who have expected such a thing do not agree in politics.
Analysis:
The article on the portal "Fjalët.com" contains a false title, which has nothing to do with the content within the text, with the aim of obtaining clicks and sharing on social networks. This publication is characterized as "Clickbait".
Reasoning:
Clickbait – “Clickbait” are those texts whose title has no basis in the content of the following text. Such texts and articles aim to attract the attention of the reader or even the consumer with a sensational title by promising content that does not actually exist and are created mainly out of financial interest, that is, due to increased readability. So, this type of text is intended only to click, which can be converted into a profit for the content producer.
