These pages have published the article from the dubious portal "gazetaylli.com" with the false title "URGENT!!! Apartment for sale 30 000 Euros today only, with furniture in the city center". This portal published this false advertisement on October 23, 2022. (see here)
In addition to the title, this advertisement also has fabricated content, claiming that the apartment is for sale at this low price for personal reasons, while money is only accepted in cash.

After verifying the facts through the automated online fact-checking program "InVID", hibrid.info has managed to find the image used in this article, and that this apartment is not for sale, but is rented out.
This advertisement was found published on the online shopping platform "Mirlir.com" on November 1, but it is not known in which year.
Referring to this platform, this apartment is rented for a price of 400 euros per month.
