An image has been published showing Lumir Abdixhiku, the leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), with the caption claiming he has stated, “We are the third party in the country and consequently we hold the three leading positions: president, speaker of the parliament and prime minister.".
it CONTENT was found published (March 16) on Facebook, on a page called "75% for Albin".
Did Abdixhiku say that?
Hibrid.info has found that Abdixhiku did not declare as claimed.

As of the time of writing, the content in question has received over 200 likes and over 320 comments.
Hibrid.info has found Abdixhiku's press conference, from which the image was taken. The conference is dated March 10, after the meeting of the leadership of the entity headed by Abdixhiku (see here).
After checking the content of the video, it was found that the LDK leader stated that the LDK will not be part of any solution where it does not lead the government and does not intend to work for a short-term government, as he believes that such a thing does not bring government stability.
He also indicated that the LDK's position remains that they remain in opposition, demanding that according to constitutional deadlines, the first ranked entity from the February 9 elections begin the procedures for electing the Speaker of the Assembly and forming the government.
These statements are also confirmed by the press release after this conference published on the official LDK Facebook page (see here) and from media reports in Albanian (see here, here and here).
Which proves that Abdixhiku has only conditioned himself on the position of prime minister.
Also, hibrid.info has found that this claim was published in the format used for Facebook posts by the portal "korrektpress.net" (here).
But, in the posts of this page of this date, the claim addressed was not found (see here).
Analyze:
The claim that LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku has said that after the elections, the positions of president, speaker of parliament, and prime minister belong to the entity he leads, is not entirely accurate.
Abdixhiku has conditioned cooperation with other opposition parties only on the post of prime minister.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info assesses it as "Disinformation".
Reasoning:
"Disinformation" is defined as information content that contains a "mix" of inaccurate sources or even half-truthful attributes, and that is created and/or distributed with the deliberate intention of causing harm. The motive behind the producers/distributors of disinformation content lies in achieving a political, financial, psychological or social goal.
