The information portal named "ntv.al" has published today (March 22) an article, titled "US regrets bombing Serbia, Ambassador Hill's big statement".
After verifying the content of the article by hibrid.info, it was found that the information provided in the title, which claims that the US has regretted the bombing of Serbia, represents the interpretation of one of the security experts cited in the article, who gave their assessments of a statement by the US Ambassador to Belgrade, Christopher Hill (see here).
Apart from the fact that the title does not specify that the information represents an interpretation of the ambassador's statement, it is written in the form of a statement coming from the ambassador himself.
Some of the commenters on the Facebook post of this article implied that the statement came from Ambassador Hill (see here).

Hibrid.info, through the search engine, "Google", found the same article published a day earlier (March 21) on the information portal "albanianpost.com", titled "Hill's statement "can also be taken as America's repentance for the bombing of Serbia" - "Kosovo should work because NATO is not a gift", say two Albanian security experts" (here).
Also, to prove that such a statement did not come from Ambassador Hill, hibrid.info has found articles from Albanian-language media, which reported on Christopher Hill's recent statement on Kosovo and Serbia's membership in NATO (see here, here and here).
