The same account has previously published a video warning of war in Kosovo, but this time the caption did not specify the place where the war was expected to take place.

Although the "kiyameti2024" account did not specify which country the war warning is for, considering that the caption on the video material is in Albanian, as well as the publication of similar materials from this account warning of war in Kosovo, it is implied that this is about an alleged war in Kosovo.
