The claim is published that from January 1, old cars up to 20 years old will be able to clear customs.
The claim came via an inscription on an image (here), published on TikTok by an account named "arsimtoverlani".
What is the truth?
Hibrid.info has found that the current law does not allow the import of vehicles older than ten years.
To prove that claim, hibrid.info has researched within the law on vehicles. In the law approved in 2017, in article 44, it is stated that “Vehicles older than ten (10) years cannot be imported into Kosovo." (see here).

The content published on TikTok, as of the time of its treatment by Hibrid.info, has accumulated over 410 thousand views and received over 2700 likes.
