The dubious portal with Albanian-language content "news31post.com" has published an article titled "Congratulations to everyone / This is the country that accepted Kosovo!"
Hibrid.info has verified the facts in this article, which contains a false headline that does not correspond to the content, while the news is old, published in September 2020.
The content contains news related to the Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister, Vasyl Bodnar, who on September 23, 2020, in an exclusive interview with RTV Ora, had announced a possible recognition of the state of Kosovo by official Kiev.
