Article with a false title

HIBRID

The dubious portal "Specialja.com" has published an article titled "IKSHPK with a new appeal: Come everyone and get tested, if you don't come, we'll take you."

This article contains an announcement by the Kosovo Institute of Public Health (IKSHPK) published on Facebook on December 26, which was then given a false title.

The National Institute of Public Health (NIPHK) has appealed to all citizens to come and get tested for the Corona virus, but has not said that if you don't come, then we will come and get you, as claimed in the title of the "Specialja.com" article.

Text of the article published on Specialja.com:

NIPHK with new appeal: Come everyone get tested, if you don't come, we'll take you.

The National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo has appealed to citizens to go and get tested for coronavirus at all regional public health centers.

In announcing the new cases and the number of victims recorded in the last 24 hours, the National Institute of Public Health (NIPHK) has made an appeal in the last week, which it has never made before.

"The National Institute of Public Health appeals to all citizens to come and be tested for SARS-CoV-2 according to epidemiological indications, at all regional public health centers in Kosovo," the announcement states.

Meanwhile, microbiologist Lul Raka said in a television show a few days ago that the number of tests has decreased because citizens' interest in getting tested has also decreased.

Over the last 24 hours, 270 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed, as well as 7 deaths.

The article from the dubious portal "Specialja.com" contains a false title, which does not match the content. After fact-checking, hibrid.info categorizes this article as "misinformation" and "clickbait".

Reasoning:

Clickbait – “Clickbait” are those texts whose title has no basis in the content of the following text. Such texts and articles aim to attract the attention of the reader or even the consumer with a sensational title by promising content that does not actually exist and are created mainly out of financial interest, that is, due to increased readability. So, this type of text is only intended to click, which can be converted into a profit for the content producer.
