An image is published with the caption that Hykmete Bajrami, a member of the Kosovo Assembly from the Democratic League of Kosovo, has declared: "Woe to us who is leading us, it would have been better if we were under Vuqiqi's rule."
content was published on Tuesday (April 7) on Facebook, by an account named "Luftari Spartak".
What is the truth?
The Eid statement has been manipulated in this content.

aCCOUNT who published the content has over 1,800 followers, while this post is distributed also in the public group on Facebook, which has the name "Pristina with VETËVENDOSJE" and has over 3,800 members.
Because a logo containing the word "n'teren" is visible in the upper left corner of the image, hibrid.info conducted a manual search on Facebook using this word.
The search identified a page with this name, which publishes informative content of this format and has around 106 thousand followers (see here).
Among the posts, the same image was found, as the one being discussed in the article. Unlike the content above, the post of the “N'Teren” page, has the caption that claims that the LDK MP has declared: “Woe to us, who is leading us?".

This claim was also searched for using the search engine “Google”. The search results only showed articles reporting the statement, which was published by the website “N'Teren” (see here).
From the articles that reported the statement, it was found that this Eid statement was made through a status posted on her Facebook account (see here).
Hibrid.info checked Bajram's account and found that this status, from which the statement was taken, is the last one posted on this account (see here).

This confirms that when Bajrami gave her opinion on the current government in the country, she did not make any comparison of the current government with the government of any other politician.
Analyze:
The claim that Hykmete Bajrami stated: “Woe to us, whoever is leading us, it would have been better if we were under Vučić's rule." is not entirely accurate.
Bajrami, through a Facebook status, criticized the latest demands of Albin Kurti, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, for the election of the president, concluding with the phrase "Woe to us, who is leading us!".
However, she did not provide the hypothetical assessment where she is alleged to have said that: "It would have been better if we were under Vuqiq's rule.".
Therefore, based on its work methodology, hibrid.info assesses the content as "Manipulation of facts" and "Fraud".
Reasoning:
“Factual manipulation” is a rating given to informational content that uses facts known to be accurate but interprets them in a distorted manner. These reports typically use accurate information to draw incorrect conclusions or claims, thereby misleading consumers of media content about the actual meaning of the facts presented.
The “Deception” rating is given to informational content that is manipulated in terms of visual (deepfake, cheapfake), audio, or textual content to deceive the audience. This form of deception is usually used to produce false and manipulated content.
