The dubious portal "Specialja.com" has shared on its Facebook page a fake news story that vaguely claims to present a US threat to Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
The title of this article reads “This is the letter in an envelope sent from the USA that 'SHOCKED' the new Prime Minister Albin Kurti.” Meanwhile, the content contains several unclear sentences that do not fit any context of the events and are depraved.

This content, despite research, has not been found in any other article by credible media. The same content was published previously (November 2020) by this dubious portal, but with a different title “US sends Prime Minister’s name in envelope to Kosovo”.

Apparently, the context on which the creator of this fake news was based was the time when the two parties, Vetëvendosje and LDK, were negotiating to create a governing coalition after the elections of October 6, 2019. The same was distributed during that time by several other dubious portals. This fabricated content was also distributed later, as well as today (April 6, 2021). Since this content does not fit with any official statement by American representatives in Kosovo regarding the negotiations of the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 for the VV-LDK coalition (see here and here) and is not found in any credible media, except for dubious portals, hibrid.info decides to evaluate it as "fake news".
