The Serbian-language media outlet "Kurir" published an article today (January 18) claiming that, as "Albanian lobbyists" write, they have placed the flag of Kosovo and that of "Greater Albania" (Ethnic Albania), also known as "Autochthonus".
The image shown in this photograph shows the placement of these two flags at a facility that turns out to be a hotel in the city of Davos. While the author of the article claims that this hotel is opposite the hotel where Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is staying, at the time when the World Economic Forum is being held in Davos.
The media support these claims by quoting Serbian experts who "are convinced", although without presenting any facts, that "the Albanians have been preparing this act for a long time" and that, according to them, "the Albanian lobby feels at home there (in Switzerland)".
Despite the fact that it is claimed that the aforementioned flags were placed by Albanian lobbyists, no concrete facts are provided to support this claim.

Excerpts from the article published in Kurir:
Albanian lobbyists do not stop with scandalous and dangerous provocations at the expense of Serbia, and now they have gone a step further and prepared a very hostile reception for the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, in Davos! Namely, in the building opposite the hotel where the Serbian president has been staying in the famous Swiss winter resort, where he will speak tomorrow at the World Economic Forum, the flag of the so-called state of Kosovo and the flag with the map of "Greater Albania"!
This article appeared on the front page of the Kurir newspaper on January 18 (today). (here)

The claim that the flag of Kosovo and the one with the map of Greater Albania and the figures of Ismail Qemali and Isa Boletini, was placed by Albanian lobbyists for a hostile reception for the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, is a claim not based on facts. From what can be seen in this photograph, it can be said that the facts that stand are that this hotel is actually in Davos, Switzerland (here).
Even from what is seen in this photo, based on the analysis made through applications for the authenticity of images, it can be said that the content is original, so there is no interference in it. Also, again based on applications for the verification of visual content, it has been seen that this photo is not old. This photo, based on the control made, turns out to have been initially published by the Serbian agency "Tanjug" (here).
So it can be said that it was made during this edition of the Davos Forum.
However, it is not known whether Serbian President Vučić is staying at the hotel opposite the facility (hotel) where these flags are placed, as the author does not substantiate this claim.
No facts are provided for the claim that the flags placed at "The Rustico Hotel" are the work of "Albanian lobbyists."
Furthermore, it has been reported in the media that the flags have already been removed. (here)

The Serbian-language media outlet "Kurir" has published an article claiming that in a hotel in Davos, Switzerland, "Albanian lobbyists" have placed the flag of the state of Kosovo and the flag with the map of "Greater Albania" in front of the hotel where the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, who is participating in the World Economic Forum in Davos, is staying.
The claim that the flags were raised by Albanian lobbyists for a hostile reception for the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, is a tendentious claim and not based on concrete facts.
The only photo that exists of this development is of the aforementioned flags hanging on the wall of the Rustico Hotel in Davos, Switzerland. It is not known who placed them and for what purpose.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info considers this claim to be "unverified content".
