The same article was published previously (December 29), but by another dubious portal - "lajmet.trendliveg24.com".

By verifying the facts, hibrid.info has confirmed that the title of this article is false. While the news is old, which was published on December 21, 2021 in several credible media in Kosovo, at a time when the Government of Kosovo had allocated 4.5 million euros for the electricity bills of pensioners and families on assistance.

So, this Facebook page has published an old news story that it has tried to present as current, giving it a made-up title.
