A TikTok account named "lajm.info" published a video yesterday (March 07) with the caption claiming that "Kosovo is building four military bases on the border with the enemy."
Based on Kosovo's relations with the countries it borders, hibrid.info estimates that the country to which the author of the publication referred as an enemy is Serbia (here). However, hibrid.info's research has not found any data that supports the claim published by this account.

In the space dedicated to comments, it is seen that some commentators have taken for granted the claim of building four military bases on the border with Serbia. (see photo below)

Also, from the latest announcements published on the websites of the Government of Kosovo and the Ministry of Defense, no news has been found indicating the possible construction of military bases (see here and here).
