The Facebook page "GazetaAktive" has shared a post from a dubious portal "todaykhobor.com", which contains content claiming that the Government led by Albin Kurti will provide salaries to the unemployed in Kosovo.
However, this claim made through the title turns out to be a fabrication, since the content presents another piece of news - Kurti's campaign promise for financial support for children and pregnant women.
So, while the headline states that "Albin Kurti decides to give this much salary to all the unemployed in Kosovo", the content presents the news as follows:
Albin Kurti, in his presentation to the members of Parliament, before receiving the vote to lead the government, said that the priority of his work will be the welfare of children. He promised allowances for children and mothers. "For children up to 2 years old, 20 euros per month will be allocated, while from 2 to 16 years old, 10 euros per month," he said, writes Reporteri.net.

Analyze:
The Facebook page “Gazeta Aktive”, based on hibrid.info’s research, has already been proven to create and distribute false content. In this case, this page distributed an article with a fabricated title and, as a result, hibrid.info assesses this article as “Disingenuous” and “Clickbait”.
Reasoning:
A “Disinformation” rating is given to media reporting that contains a “mix” of inaccurate sources or even half-truthful content. This rating will also address reports that have incorrect attributions or headlines that do not reflect the text in terms of information accuracy.
“Clickbait” are those texts whose title has no basis in the content of the following text. Such texts and articles aim to attract the attention of the reader or even the consumer with a sensational title by promising content that does not actually exist and are created mainly out of financial interest, that is, due to increased readability. So, this type of text is only intended to click, which can be converted into a profit for the content producer.
