A Facebook social media page published an article yesterday (February 7) with the caption "Switzerland is looking for workers - here are the jobs that are in demand without a diploma."
But after fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that this article is old and the claim given in the caption is not found within the text.
Link to the article published by "Gazeta Rich Shqip":

Hibrid.info has found the same claim published by the dubious portal “xnews7.com”. (see here)
During research through online search engines, hibrid.info found the authentic article published on July 5 last year by the Albanian-language information portal based in Switzerland “albinfo.ch”, the title of which indicates that the article presents five jobs that can be done in Switzerland, without a diploma. (see here)
So, the article shows jobs that can be done without a diploma, but it is not about the demand for workers from Switzerland.
Hibrid.info has previously dealt with such false claims about workers' requests in Switzerland. (see here, here and here)
Analyze:
A Facebook page has published an article claiming that the Swiss state is looking for workers for jobs that do not require a diploma.
Hibrid.info has confirmed that the article is old and does not match the claim given, and that Switzerland is not looking for workers without a degree in some sectors.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info assesses this article as "Disinformation".
Reasoning:
"Disinformation" is defined as information content that contains a "mix" of inaccurate sources or even half-truthful attributes, and that is created and/or distributed with the deliberate intention of causing harm. The motive behind the producers/distributors of disinformation content lies in achieving a political, financial, psychological or social goal.
