Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has continued to claim that Kosovo authorities are trying, as he has said, to create conflicts with the intention of taking control of the electricity transmission station in Valač, in northern Kosovo.
As reported by the Serbian-language online media "kosovo-online.com", referring to the Serbian news agency "Tanjug", Vučić, during a meeting with the Government of Serbia to discuss the situation of electricity and natural gas supply, also raised this unfounded claim about taking over the Valač station.
Parts of this article from "kosovo-online.com" translated into Albanian:
"Those in Kosovo and Metohija want to provoke conflicts over the kidnapping of Valaç, these are political topics that have absolutely no relation to this topic."

From what can be seen, in this statement of his, Vučić makes a claim, which he does not base on a single fact.
Vučić had made this claim earlier. He had said that Kosovo authorities would take action to take control of this electricity transmission station on November 6 (see here).
Hibrid.info had dealt with such statements, which the first of Serbia had continued to make even after the alleged date of this action (November 6), despite the fact that this claim of his had turned out not to be true, so no such action had been carried out. (see here)
A similar statement was made on November 5 by the chairman of the Committee on Kosovo in the Serbian Parliament, Milovan Drecun. He said that "The possibility cannot be ruled out that Pristina will attempt to take over two transmission stations in northern Kosovo, and those are the two substations - Valac and Gazivoda." (see treatment of hybrid.info)
Such an unfounded claim was also made on November 5 by the Russian media outlet “rossaprimavera.ru”, based on Drecuni’s statement. This article was also covered by hibrid.info (see here).
Analyze:
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is continuing to raise an unfounded claim about a "Pristina action" to take control of the Valač electricity transmission station.
Seeing that such a plan, alleged by Vučić, turns out to be unfounded, hibrid.info evaluates this as a "Conspiracy Theory".
Reasoning:
"Conspiracy theories" are media reports that disseminate a false or unverifiable description of a phenomenon, event, or person, presenting it as part of or the result of a secret plan ("conspiracy"). A characteristic of these reports is that they present a series of claims, presented as facts, between which cause-effect relationships are established, without providing any credible evidence.
